Terms & Conditions for Bin Sales 

General

1.    Bin Sales is offered to MHAP & MHDS staff only and should not be circulated.

2.    All orders are received via Shopify and paid orders cannot be changed or cancelled

3.    Bin Sales team reserves the right to amend and refund orders based on the condition of the bottles upon picking & packing

Quota

1.       ONE (1) order per staff for each Month

2.       Annual Purchase limit: SGD5,000

3.       Prestige category limit: 36 bottles per year

Product & Pricing

1.       Prices on this website are listed in SGD and include GST where applicable.

2.       Purchased products from Bin Sales are strictly for personal consumption or gifting without monetary reimbursement. Products are NOT for resale. Resale of product purchases through any channel including informal/personal means is strictly forbidden. Disciplinary actions will be taken for non- compliance.

3.       All items are available while stocks last, and all prices are final at check-out

4.       Prices may differ during each Bin Sale. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.

5.       Goods sold are on non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable basis.

6.       Items sold are not in pristine condition, hence it will be at a discounted price. (Products are with cosmetic damage on the bottle and/ or on the packaging, past vintages or aging)

7.       If the order was not checked out before last sales day of the month, please wait for the next month’s sales period (Selected stocks availability subjected to present inventory)

 

Payment (Immediate)

1.    Payment by credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)

2.     Payment in SGD only

3.     Orders will be considered final only after payment is completed

 

Delivery

1.    Delivery is only available to home address (No Office Delivery)

2.    Delivery is free with a minimum spent of SGD250 and shall be made to Singapore addresses only

-          Else it will be SGD25 charge per trip

3.    Orders will be consolidated TWICE for every month's sales period and delivered within 2 waves of each month's sales period depending on when the order was placed

4.    Deliveries will be made between 9am 7pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

5.    The person receiving the goods at the delivery address shall be deemed to be the authorized representative of the customer. However, your authorized representative receiving your order at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above. Our delivery person reserves the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify the recipient's age.

 

 

Acceptance of Goods

1.    Customers (or their authorized representative) are to inspect that the goods delivered are correct according to the Delivery Order (“Delivery Order”) document issued by MHAP.

2.    Upon inspection, in the event where goods delivered are incorrect, broken or where there are missing items, please email binsales@shop.moethennessy.com with delivery note clearly stating the issue.

 

In such cases, the customer (or their authorized representative) shall immediately notify MHAP in writing by way of an annotation on the Duplicate of the Delivery Order to be returned to the delivery person. Where no such notification is received by MHAP on the day of delivery, the products listed on the Delivery Order shall be deemed to be accepted by the customer (or their authorized representative).

 

While Duplicate of the Delivery Order is returned to MHAP by our logistics provider daily, in order to assist with rectifying the issue on your order swiftly, please email binsales@shop.moethennessy.com to notify us of the issue. In your email, where possible, please include a photo of your notations on the Delivery Order.

 

Where the customer (or their authorized representative) does not inspect the goods upon delivery, the customer will then not be able to raise any disputes with MHAP thereafter. Signed Delivery Orders with no exceptions listed will be taken as goods received by customers in good order.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Others

1.    Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return or exchanges.

2.    There shall be no Tourist GST refunds claimable.

3.    MHAP reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of disputes.
